So, I've been working on a build with the new content from the Civil War event, and I have it to a point where I'd like to get some feedback.
The build is mental focused, using M'kraan and Arc Reactor to leverage the Professor X node, while still proc'ing physical and energy damage.
Some feedback I'd like: Is Drax the right third passive, or should I be looking elsewhere; Flames of the Faltine vs. Ragin' Cajun; Better artifact than the Cyclops T-shirt; Better slot 4 than the Skrull Uniform?
