Rogue is one of my favorite characters in the Marvel Universe, all the way back to before she joined the X-Men. (Yes, I'm old.) So I was delighted to find out that not only is she a playable character, she's great fun to play. I wanted to share the build I developed while leveling so y'all can tell me what's wrong with it (probably everything).

I went around grabbing powers and kept what was fun and seemed to work. My usual rotation is something like: Static Field -> Rubble Slam -> Volcanic Eruption -> Ragin' Cajun -> Damnation, with Godly Valor every 8s to keep up Spirit. This works well with crowds. With single target (boss), I usually run out of Spirit and switch to Accursed Beam. I have enough regen to keep it up indefinitely. I still have one power slot left. I was thinking of either getting Rogue Slam! or dropping Teleportal for Vanish and getting another support power.
