Been running a build and would like constructive criticism, suggestions, feedback, etc... to help improve it.

Otter's Rogue Ranged Energy Build
Its a Range+Energy Build that is less burst damage and more single high-health target melter (7min 50s TTK). It does have some tactical weaknesses: it does poorly when I'm forced to move around or its target jumps around. Jumping or flying causes the Electromag Flux auto targeting to lose target and it won't fire unless it has a target, but the skill does a huge amount of damage. Also a target that moves around a lot avoids the extra damage from Hail and Hellfire and that also reduces the Electromag Flux damage.
The gist is to max the heck out of spirit because the build's main gun (Electromag Flux) is a spirit guzzler especially with the Iron man passive toggled on. But the excess spirit also boosts damage with the War Machine passive.
The one area I was most unsure about is spending the 5.5k omega points that I have which is basically distributed as shown below.
Psionics
Melt Face (+780 Brutal Dmg) - 13 pts
Omega Machine (+10% Energy Dmg) - 10 points
Phoenix Force (+10 energy) - 10pts
Molecular Adjustment
Anti Genesis (+3 Energy) - 3 points
Arcane Attunement
Arcane Attunement (+40 spirit) - 40 points
Doom's Mystic Armor (+66 pts Crit, Brut, and Dmg) - 11 points
Nanotechnology
SPIN Tech (+600 Boss Dmg) - 10 points
Extremis Speed( +10% Attack Spd) - 10 points
