I am playing Rouge with the SunTank Overload build. I've noticed that build suggests using the Elektra and Squirrel Girl Hero Synergies for a total of +7% damage vs. Bosses. Given that the build equips the Mask of the Goat which automatically applies the Weakened and Slowed status to all enemies around Rogue, wouldn't using the Loki and Iceman Hero Synergies (which would give a total of +10% damage vs. Slowed Targets) be better?
Or to put it simply: Is +7% damage vs. Bosses superior to +10% damage vs. Slowed Targets?
