This is an ever-evolving setup as I continue my goals of upgrading & maximizing my Gear/Omega's and i'll try to keep it updated along the way.
Fangs of Farallah is my goto spell, hit em hard and hit em fast, dishing out 750k-1million+ dmg Bruts at a rate of 2.4-2.7s oooooooooh yes!
First time posting a build so go easy on me lol.
I've spent a decent amount of retcons tweaking and adjusting the spec points until what i thought was a good balance of burst/sustained and so far I've been happy with the results, so i figured i would share it.
It is a very spirit hungry build, but that is overcome w/ specific gear/ omegas.

Spec w/no gear
Steal from Friends: _Powers can be any slot needed_
Slot 1 - Precise Aim (Passive/Hawkeye)
Slot 2 - Ragin' Cajun (Support/Gambit)
Slot 3 - Driven by Vengeance (Passive/Punisher)
Slot 4 - Lawyer Up (Support/She-Hulk)
Slot 5 - Plasma Wave (Impact/Havoc)
Slot 6 - Fangs of Farralah (Core/Doctor Strange)
Steal from Enemies: _Powers can be any slot needed_
Slot 1 - Deadly Throw (Passive/Bullseye)
Slot 2 - Infernal Meteor (Impact/Lord Brimstone) or Mental Orb (Impact/Onslaught)

[Sidenote on Powers] For an Impact Power, Infernal Meteor does the highest single target damage, however Mental Orb has the benefit of costing 0 Spirit with no split damage in it's aoe.
Also here are just a couple choices that would go well for a fang setup that I've tried out in the past:
None of these powers below require going into Raiding content.
Enemy Attritions:
- Teleportal (The Deceiver, Found in Limbo/MM during the Mystic Mayhem Event)
- Electro-Blast (Mandarin)
Enemy Impacts:
- Shadow Strike (Elektra)
- Volcanic Eruption (Herald of Ash, Found in Limbo/MM during the Mystic Mayhem Event)
- Tongue Lash (Toad)
- Mindless Destruction (Mindless Titan, Found in ICP)
Spirit Management:
A Combination of a Few things Below...
I would go to A minimum of +10-15 Energy total for the spirit reduction, otherwise +fighting is just as good for the added brut/ brut damage.
Main Item used to maintain spirit - A 25% Hp/Spirit on Medkit Costume Core
Anywhere from 1 to 4 of the following Artifact's - Zola's ESP Box, Hand of Nimrod, Lizard's Formula or Cyclops was Right
Runeword - The Power Doop, Which gives back 17 spirit per 7s for each damage type used.
Powerbar Setup:
I use the .Ini trick (Method 2) to help switch bars quickly while keeping my movement ability on bar 2 right click.
Rotation:
Gloves off -> Lawyer Up -> Ragin Cajun -> Rubble Slam -> 1x Bone Claw (optional) -> 1x Fang -> Infernal Meteor -> Wrath of Muspelheim -> Swooping Flames -> Recall Overload -> Fangs Spam (filler)
From there it's simply casting powers as they come off cooldown and Using Rubble slam every 8 secs to maintain the FoF selfbuff at 5 stacks.
(optional) you can use Bone Claw about 1-2s before each Rubble slam to maintain the crit buff it provides
Lawyer Up now only needs to be activated once & can be kept refreshed from impact/rubble slam uses.
If everything, including rubble slam is on cd and if it looks like your about to lose FoF stacks, Use Kree Resilience or Lawyer Up as your backup to maintain a 5 stack.
