The Time Gem 100 point bonus of an extra dash skill charge is only working for her default dash ability (Kree Charge) and not for stolen dash skills like Nova's Blast Off. Not sure if this is a bug or WAI, but if they have the "Dash" tag on the skill, it seems to reason that the bonus charge should apply there as well.
