Welcome to my Rogue Absolutely Obliterates Everything build. I'm going to try to keep this as organized as possible. First I'm going to just give all the raw build data. I go into a bit more of the specifics on the build page.

6. Wrath of Muspelheim (Surtur) (Hell Rides from Robbie Reyes is a suitable non-raid skill alternative for the main skill as it functions nearly the same, though the initial damage is physical instead of energy, and has a 4 second longer cooldown).

Slotted gear comes with all Durability challenge bonuses. Slots 1 and 5 have Area Damage, while 2-4 have Health

Rotation

Wrath -> Ragin' -> Rubble -> Pyrotechnic until full stacks -> Teleport 4 times -> Rubble -> Recall. When Recall ends -> Wrath -> Rubble (if it's off CD) -> Teleport once -> Chaotic Hex for the remaining 6 seconds of the buff. Rotation starts over.

Use Rubble Slam everytime it's off cooldown
Use Ragin' Cajun everytime it's off cooldown.

Extreme Drain is not part of your normal rotation. Use it on bosses once they're down below 50% health. Can also be used as a clutch heal.
