Where'd the powers go?

I stole Medusa's power...and it's not in the list. Can't find it at all.

Howard's power was in the list as one I didn't have, I stole it from my own Howard and it's gone from the list but I mean it's GONE from the list. It's not there at all now. Entirely disappeared, not selectable. Stealing from Howard again says I already stole the power but it's nowhere to be found?
