Hello all like the title says i am unable to steal any powers for Rogue and i dont know why. I have tried in the avengers hub, shield training room and in midtown but nothing seems to work. I can steal powers from TU's and any boss i fight but for some reason when i click drain life on an actual player using heroes like The Thing or Iceman it doesnt even activate, literally nothing happens. No animation of the skill being used... nothing. Me and my friend have been trying for a few hours now but nothing seems to be working. also tried switching toons and logging in and out. thanks in advance for any help
EDIT: also tried leaving party instance and just being alone in the phase and it doesnt work either. was fighting wizard and another player was using The Thing and it wouldnt let me steal his power
