I was just spamming my "Drain Life" skill with Rogue as I fought the Vulture right now in the Daily Bugle terminal. I still don't see any associated stolen power that was given to me. Am I missing something or have the developers not added a stolen power for Vulture yet?
I was told during the Spider-Man: Homecoming event that they were working on it, and it would be out soon. That had to be over two months ago. I just played Rogue today for the first time since that event back in late June and early July, thinking it's been available for a while now, but to my surprise I still don't see it.
