Hello!
I want to use a famer-rogue build. My main goal is to keep RIF/SIF as high as I can.
I found 2 powers that grants RIF. One is "Loot Hoarder" Passive power from Cosmic Doop and other is "More Cowbell" support power from Cowking. They give like %75 each with my current unique selection.
I'll use Vice runeword (%25) and I'll use Rarity enchant. (%15 or %30 if I buy the recipe)
My 3 passives will be Gambit, Deadpool and Black Cat. This will give me another %30
I'll have at least 75+75+15+25+30 = 210 or 225 If I buy rarity recipe without any buffs or server side RIF boosts.
Questions are:
-Are there any other powers that grants RIF/SIF?
-Which powers should I use for max DPS and AOE?
-Which omega nodes do you suggest? I know there are 2 nodes that gives %20 RIF and SIF but I need good omega build to support my DPS and survivability.
