I had hoped my list of builds for Rogue would be longer by now, but anyway. There's still time to create more! 
My builds are theme based, and while I do prefer to do more damage over less, if you're looking for "the optimal build" you won't find it here. Unless I created it by accident, hehehe.
I just like experimenting with Rogue's powers. It's fun:
Lightning Storm
Yay elemental awesomeness.
Summoner
Self explanatory.
Bar Fight
Been trying to make a good barfight build for awhile. Thing's trait is awesome for this. And I reckon Jessica Jones' works well. It's not quite throwing a bar stool at someone, but it's close enough!

Momentum
It started as a movement build and turned into a Juggernaut build, heh.
Shipper
You could trade Wolverine and Storm for Cyclops and Jean Grey, and call it the "Mr Sinister" build, hahahaha.
Sneaky
My stealth builds have taken so many forms, but I like this one best.
Speed Demon
The trick with this build is to make sure you teleport before you use Quicksilver's power. That way you get an extra 3 Speed, and Quicksilver's will do that little bit more damage.
Also, I absolutely love pairing up Sauron's with Aerial Onslaught.
X-Men
Aside from Psylocke (which I really just threw in for fun), this is an energy build. I might make up another X-Men build later. Probably mental.
I Just Beat Up The Avengers
Just me playing homage to Rogue's beginnings in Avengers Annual #10. Granted, Rogue didn't absorbed all these people in that issue, but that's hardly the point. It's the spirit of the thing! Hehehehe. This is melee, with a little of Rogue's own abilities for Carol & flavour.

Fire
I just like having a fire build. Bonus: Use her default costume and pretend this is Rogue during her "absorbed Sunfire permanently" days.
