Well I guess it doesn't matter who knows this anymore... And I doubt they'll modify the skill it in the last 4-5 weeks of playing (unless they fixed it since the last time I played). Not sure if it was publicized before, but Rogue's skills that gives bonus damage based on dodge rating snap-shots and refreshes.
In other words, you can put on equipment that adds an extra thousands of rating, use a skill to get the 'buff', and then switch out the gear. The buff refreshes based on the snapshot you had.
It does take up a passive slot, but if you focus on a build that prioritizes skills that get + dgm from dodge rating, you could probably break some records. I never played around with it much, was more focused on a new area build, but I guess none of that matters anymore. A lot of other skills Snapshot, so Gaz would've definitely been aware that this is how the skill was built.
