Coming back after a long lay off...tanky melee Rogue spec?

So I took a long break from MH around 9-10 months ago (might have been longer). At the time I was trying to build a tankier Rogue to give it a whirl. I was focusing mainly on physical damage, stacking health and health regen (Lizard, Kurse, Sabertooth...don't remember what else anymore...Colossus, She-Hulk, Wolvie maybe?). I wanted to see how a higher health pool and massive regen would play. I never really got to test it (and it was probably a bad idea anyway, or at least bad execution).

I'm coming back to MH slowly and thought I might try Rogue again. I prefer melee types focused more on survivability than pure DPS. I don't mind killing slower so long as I can stand in the middle of the action and keep going. So much has changed since I played last (new power tags for Rogue, way more powers to choose from, a complete defense rework, etc.) I'm not sure where to start with a tough scrapper Rogue. Any pointers from the community?
