I know the answer to this question usually boils down to "depends on your personal playstyle and build" but are there any powers for Rogue that are considered must have? Clearly superior? I'm trying to do a tri-damage build with Power Cosmic. Want to make sure I'm not missing anything great in this unending slew of powers
