Future toggles you'd like to see

With passive toggles being a thing now, in due time I hope this can be expanded to both new and existing passives.

Some brainsplurging below; "Core" powers refer to the all powers Spidey's passive affects and "Impact" powers includes Rubble Slam.


Emma Frost

  • Bonus: Gain her Diamond Armor secondary resource and her ability to swap in and out of diamond form when you use physical or mental powers. Using a physical power transforms you into diamond, allowing Diamond Armor to absorb incoming damage and regenerate when you hit with a physical power (excluding DoTs). Using a mental power reverts you out of diamond form, allowing Diamond Armor to regenerate over time. You also gain physical damage rating equal to this passive's mental damage rating, and its mental defense rating is replaced with general defense rating.
  • Penalty: Reduced damage with energy powers. It would help if we could choose Recall Overload's damage type via specs, but if not maybe Recall Overload should deal mental damage while this toggle is active.

Captain America

  • Bonus: Gain his Serum secondary resource. Serum builds when we hit with a melee Core power and each pip is spent to decrease the cooldown of physical Impact powers.
  • Penalty: Reduced damage with Attrition powers, reflecting Cap's focus on direct damage (his only DoT doesn't scale with power points).

Red Skull (could also be on Doc Ock since Impact powers tend to be area-tagged)

  • Bonus: Apply Red Skull's tactical knowledge to coordinate your varied arsenal of powers. Impact powers deal x% more damage per Attrition power affecting an enemy. Up to 2 Attrition powers can count for this. If Impact cooldowns are increased (see penalty below) some power duration might also be given to maintain full uptime on things like Rubble Slam's vulnerability.
  • Penalty: Increased cooldowns on Impact powers to contrast with Cap's toggle (should still be a DPS gain for Impact powers if the damage bonus is fully maintained). Alternatively this toggle could reduce Attrition damage, drawing a parallel to Cap's toggle instead of a contrast.

Moon Knight

  • Bonus: Gain some of the passive effects of his gift powers and Carbonadium Armor. For every 10% spirit missing you gain X damage rating. For every 10% health missing you gain X crit rating, X crit damage and X% damage reduction. Damage reduction caps at X%.
  • Penalty: Take X% more damage (meaning that you take more damage than normal at full health, but as your health drops you start taking less damage than normal).

Kurse

  • Bonus: Draw deeper from Kurse's deliberate, unflinching persona. Deal X% more damage with all powers. Gain X% damage reduction per X% health remaining (the opposite of Moon Knight's) and restore X% of your missing health per second.
  • Penalty: X% reduced attack speed (multiplicative), X% reduced movement speed and X% reduced dodge chance.

Many other passives could have interesting toggles too, like Thing (Hard Knocks resource) and Daredevil (Combo resource). Which ones would you guys like to see?
