I don't like bothering people to steal powers whenever I'm testing builds. They might be the happiest person to lend their help but it's something I personally don't like; (teleporting them every few mins to my training room)
Testing aside, I have to do that yet again if I wanna take my full DPS Rogue to CDR whereas other heroes can just change gear and be ready for CDR; Rogue's have to do that + go on this mini quest of stealing powers again.
Losing powers on prestiging adds to this inconvenience.
Wasn't build flexibility and experimentation why we got rid of the Retcon Devices in the first place. Can we please remember powers that we've stolen in the past? @MichaelMayhem . Thanks
