Accursed Beam is a channeled DoT ability, so it should snapshot when it starts up. Memories of a Living Weapon gives a really robust bonus to the power you use after stealthing. You should be able to build a really robust attack by front loading brut and crit (including doomsaw & nullifier), punching up a bunch of procs, hitting stealthy escape, and then starting to channel Accursed Beam.
