I was noodling around with the idea that Rogues base stats lean her towards a more physical, melee build, but gameplay overall is still much easier for ranged characters. This build trades off some damage capability for (pseudo) ranged attacks and mobility, while still taking advantage of Rogues physical, melee leanings.
The damage loss is noticeable, and most of the things that flat out kill us in the game tend to be ranged. Hence, there isn't enough advantage in the moderate distance this build can maintain from an enemy to really recommend this build. I'm presenting it as something of a thought experiment.
