When will Rogue be getting nerfed?

Now that I don't have to, cough, worry about certain stuff:

1. Last "to be named" top end Rogue players I talked to had their TTK at 2:11-2:20. This is blatantly absurd. These players are not posting the videos due to obvious reasons.

2. A vast majority of highest Cosmic Tournament winners were Rogues. She will always be first place in these. This is toxic to end-game.

3. No one can or ever will clear regular DR/CDR as fast as Rogue. This is toxic to end-game.

4. Her AOE DOT layer TTK is 3:30 alone, better than the FULL TTK of a vast majority of the Roster. Let that sink in. This is extremely detrimental to game balance and design.

5. Her solo Sentinels (contest in Raid forums) time blows any other hero away. It is actually laughable.

So is anything going to be done or are you going to let one hero absolutely make a mockery of this game and trivialize any new content or contests? Yes there will always "be a best" no matter who you nerf, but not by 30-40%.

So when can we expect changes? Next TC?
