Couple of questions after the BUE

Hi,

I was messing about with Rogue today. I haven't played her in a long time, well before the BUE. I have a couple of questions.

1. Fangs of Farallah is grayed out on my skill bar, and its not on her list of stolen powers. Was it removed in favor of Flames of the Faltine?

2. How do I get skills from friends (other players and my team ups)? I can't target them for the Drain Life skill.
