Not sure if this is the right place for this and pardon me if it isn't but I cannot seem to steal powers from players heroes only NPCs & TUs. When I try with heroes it is as if nothing is there.
Been looking around to see if anyone else has/had this issue but some far nothing, so not sure if its just me.
