This power is bugged. Im running an impact build w/ Doc Oct trait which gives 10% chance to reset impact powers when you use an impact-tagged power. Well, I'd get the supersonic cylone reset and use it again and its like a Trash Panda! version where it doesn't give invulnerability, its missing its "swirling" visual, and lacks in damage.
Juggernaut was like "Trash Panda! outta here with that crap." I cant cancel it so free charge on my Trash Panda! .
