First I want to say whoever designed the costume did a really nice job it does look well done. So which every artist did this model I want you to know this isn't a complaint about the work you did.
I don't normally post threads like this about costumes. This I believe is my first thread about one. I wanted to post about this one in particular cause the title of the costume doesn't seem to fit. The hair is really what makes the model not be the 90s version though. As you go through this post you will understand.
I do understand as far as the model for character it was mentioned in one case that Marvel gives the artists an image to go off as far as what they want when representing their IP and the artist creates it and they send it in to Marvel for approval. So I'd say it's pretty safe to say this is what Marvel is happy with.
The green jacket was what I saw her most of the times in, in the cartoon. The brown was the one I saw more in the comics but they did use green as well. If we were going say cartoon look I think the green jacket is the one I would want. If I was going for the comics version than the brown jacket. Either one is fine though.
These are models from the 90s Rogue. The hair is different and the white isn't just on the bangs. The belt is square and not round. The shoulders of both green and brown jacket had Xmen logos and you normally would see the sleeves of the jacket were above the elbow.
As for the belt..The round belt I don't remember seeing in the cartoon or comics back in the 90s.. of course it could be there and I just didn't see it. I know the round belt was used later on though. The straight hair came later than the 90s.
Here's rogue Volume 3 issue #1 from 2004. Which has the same belt and straight hair.
These are 2 more 2000 Rogues.
What really makes the Rogue 90s version is the hair. Marvel kept the same costume for the most part the same as Rogue continued on but got straight hair and the white in the hair wasn't just on the front in the bangs. Basically the 90s rogue that we have is actually more of a model from the 2000s +. I really hope that we will get a model with the hairstyle that actually makes her the 90s version I love.
noticed some skills has stuff like projectile reflection chance : 5% and also others, how does it works? is it like a 5% damage reduction?

With the big update coming, I really wish a new rogue ultimate that
keep the lore aspect with rogue transformation & iconic power visual (like butterflies)
but without changing our power kit. (I really hate this 20s specific power set)
you've already updated the ultimate, adding some nice boost :

Hey guys, returning player here.
I read that you'll only be able to use 1 hot bar which mean a total of 8 skills on a character. Now I know Rogue is one of those characters that uses multiple hotbars for her to be able to dish out all the damage that she's currently capable of on the live servers. Has anyone tested her on TC yet? I'm guessing this is a huge nerf to her dmg/ttk because you're now limited to only 8 skills. Thanks in advance
Not sure where to put this so it's one of her powers stolen from Storm. I can only use it two times. A third try will cause Rogue to announce "I can't do that right now." The icon doesn't darken out nor is there a charge on the power.
Is this power suppose to have 2 charges with a 6 seconds recharge timer? There's no indicator nor does the tooltip mention anything about a cooldown.
Kaecilius Mystical Healing didnt get transfered from prior to the talents patch even though it was slotted on the stolen powers tree. Is this a bug or an oversight?
When I logged in after the update It showed the powers I had before as unlocked so I moved them to the slots to use them. then they all locked up again.
I have tried to steal powers from players in the hub But I cant, when I right click it shows all the powers as locked.
I went and fought the green goblin as a test to see if he would unlock he did not.
I can also not seem to drop any of the powers I currently have slotted.
What am I doing wrong?

I haven't played Rogue in a while. Has her flying animation been this slow for a while? it slows the process down and makes her travel power unappealing. I'd rather use a dash power and spirit to get around than that but of course we're limited to 3 dashes per 4 seconds so that is messed up too.
saw this today and I'm really excited for when beast/jubilee hit TC. I think beast gives a passive but that's alright if jub's skill is usable.

Updated Emma frost stolen power(psychic domination)
since many Emma frost players like commanding aura minion(who can give you and your party damage bonus)
I chose commanding aura minion.
Drain life is the power without damage randomness,
I chose drain life as damage test power.
There is little damage difference from what we saw in tooltip, but it's okay.
I dismissed minion, and tested damage again,,, and there is no damage change after commanding aura minion's dead.
As I know, commanding aura minion gives damage bonus, but It doesn't..
What do you think about this? Is it bug? or Is it normal situation?
Pls can you give Rogue invulnerability on her sig?(she used to have it right?)
After this update Rogue is still pretty squishy as you lvl up.I know numbers are nerfed, but i have never died so many times during her sig.Its rly annoying.
Oh and maybe somehere in the future new animation for her physical sig would be nice.
Not all the active stolen powers/passives are in the stolen power list. Any way to get them back? Chasing people's team-ups around is pretty annoying...
I am not a rogue main and there are probably a lot of ways to further optimize this, but I've been messing around with her and this seems like a pretty decent ranged / aoe build so far. Core concept is you lower your signature, Recall Overload, down to an 18 second cooldown, pick the loose gloves trait so that you have a 15 second buff that refreshes every 18 seconds instead of every minute, and then you pick some dots / filler and Chaotic Hex. Thanks to the part where Chaotic Hex fires 5 projectiles that do max damage for 8 seconds after your signature ends, this means you have basically a 60%ish uptime on maximum overhex.
Artifacts: Doop Ectoplasm, Book of Demonicus, Edge of Infinity, Gem of the Kursed
Power Doop on uru, crit relics, bow or power cosmic legendary, and a full set of rogue's uniques. Also whatever ring you want.
Power configuration I'm currently liking is Chaotic Hex (Scarlet Witch), Crashing Hail (Storm), Ragin' Cajun (Gambit), Hell Rides (Robbie Reyes), Flames of the Faltine (Clea), Pyrokinetic Barrier (Cable), and Molecular Transport (Mr. Sinister). If you're farming CMM randomly swap out one of the dots for Ricochet Blast, because Ragin Cajun + Ricochet Blast is the street sweeper while sig is on cooldown.

For traits I'm running Mechanical Genius (Iron Man), Symbiotic Bond (Venom), and the key one is Demolition (Crossbones), and then all the left side for sig cooldown, buff, and stolen powers.
Also make sure you get all the signature damage from the infinity system.

With this update rogue gains access to a whole slew of mechanic changes and fresh new power combinations, So to start it off here is a previously popular build option all redone to work with the new system changes and get a headstart on your 2017 Farming. :)
Nothing is final yet as i continue to update things & while mh.info is down most will be in picture format for now.

Rogue's Ultimate has received some changes not too long ago, & provides some Big Static Buffs as well as now having a passive energy ability (ragin cajun) to keep procs up 100% on the various Hybrid items.
(Disclaimer: Do not claim to be a math wiz or the best at build write-ups, this is just my spin on it... nevertheless Enjoy.)
Do anybody know here what happens if I reset rogue and start again from lvl 1 to the current power library?
Do I lose all the powers I already stolen?

And so it begins...
Crashing Hail. Is unable to place new areas if two are already in play. Instead of replacing the oldest as is usually intended behavior for limiting persistent areas, it simply makes you wait for one to expire naturally. Tooltip also doesn't explicitly say that it should be limiting areas. [bug thread]
Urban Remodeling. When using the Khonshu's Wrath trait, Urban Remodeling resets its Khonshu's Favor resource to zero when used. [bug thread]
Picking up powers (GOTTA CATCH EM ALL) and noticed unlike the other dash powers, Mr. Sinister actually has a whopping FIVE charges! So that is what I am using for now.
Wondering what dash powers people have tried and how they match up versus others in terms of charges, cooldown, effectiveness, etc.
